Shipping & Returns: Your Wingwomen Have Got This

We believe shopping should be as easy as a one-handed bra clip. Here are the simple rules for getting your Nunu Move gear fast, and sending it back if it's not absolutely perfect.

πŸš€ Shipping Speed & Schedule

We're a small, local Aussie business (run by real mums!), not a giant robot warehouse. This means we treat every order with love, but our fulfillment window is tight. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be packed, given extra by the team, and handed over to Australia Post.

The Daily Dash (Shipping Cut-Off): If you need your gear ASAP, aim to order before 9:00 AM AEST on a business day. Why so early? Because we have to pack it, run out the door with a coffee and baby, and sprint to the post office before 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be packed and shipped the following business day.

Delivery Times: Once it leaves our hands, standard delivery times apply. You’ll receive a tracking link in a separate email so you can obsessively follow your package's journey!

We want you to love your product. If the fit isn't right or you're just not 100% satisfied, arranging a return, exchange, or refund is simple.

  • βœ” The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • βœ” How to Initiate: Simply reply to your original order confirmation email (the one from Nunu Move) to let us know what you need. We're also human, so let's have a chat and get you some instructions asap!
  • βœ” Condition Check: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original hang tags still attached.

Our Quality Check & Your Future Gear

In the rare event that there is a quality issue (e.g., a sneaky stitch or a dodgy clip), we may ask you to send the stock back to us. This isn't to be difficult, it’s so we can perform a proper autopsy (okay, "inspection") to understand the issue and improve the product for every mumma who orders next. Your feedback directly shapes our future gear!
